These terms govern consulting services offered by Sync Horizon Integration Consulting (UBN 12567830, Owner Chen Chih-Hao) to business clients who sign a project statement of work.

Services

We provide project-based programming consulting focused on distributed systems integration and synchronization. Exact deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a signed statement of work or master services agreement—not by marketing copy on this website.

Quotes and acceptance

Website pricing ranges are indicative. A binding quote requires written confirmation after discovery. Work begins after both parties sign and any agreed deposit is received.

Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access to repositories, environments, and subject-matter experts. Delays caused by missing credentials or approvals may shift milestones.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated in the statement of work, you receive a license to integration code and documentation created for your project upon full payment. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain under their original licenses.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect non-public technical and business information learned during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Taiwan law, our aggregate liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless the statement of work specifies otherwise.
