Integration process
Our delivery rail keeps distributed systems integration work visible to your product and platform leads.
1. Signal intake
You share architecture sketches, sample payloads, and incident timelines. We identify which edges lose ordering guarantees or duplicate facts.
2. Boundary contract pack
OpenAPI or AsyncAPI documents, sequence diagrams, and explicit consistency goals (per-entity linearizability, read-your-writes, etc.) are drafted for sign-off before coding begins.
3. Instrumented build
We implement adapters and synchronization workers with structured logs and trace identifiers propagated across services. Feature flags gate new paths beside legacy cron importers.
4. Shadow compare
Traffic is mirrored or replayed from captured fixtures. Hash totals and row counts must match within agreed tolerances for three consecutive business days.
5. Handover orbit
Runbooks, on-call playbooks, and a recorded walkthrough go to your team. Optional follow-up office hours can be scheduled as a separate micro-project.

Physical connectivity often mirrors logical coupling—both belong in the integration map.
